Return & Refund Policy
Dymora Inspirations gladly accepts full-priced, unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise in the contiguous United States for an exchange or refund within 30 days of the date of receipt. Please allow 2-3 weeks for your return to be received and processed.
Final Sale Items: Anything purchased on the website with a discount of 20% off or more will be considered Final Sale. This includes but is not limited to 50% Off Summer Sale, 50% Off Flash Sales, Black Friday Sale, and Cyber Monday Sales.
Promo Codes used on Sale Items: Any already discounted item purchased on the website using a promo code for an additional discount will be considered Final Sale if the total discount meets or exceeds 20% off. This includes Black Friday and Cyber Monday sales.
Eligibility for store credit: Contact support@dymorainspirations.com to see if you're eligible for store credit on a sale item!
Refunds are Simple: Your original form of payment will be credited for returns mailed within 30 days of the received shipping date. After 30 days, all sales are final. To see if you're eligible for an exception, please contact us at: support@dymorainspirations.com
Unauthorized Returns: If you send your items back without notifying us, there will be a delay in processing your return. Furthermore, if you send your items back to us outside of the 30-day window requesting credit or return, should we accept the return, items will be subject to a restocking fee of a minimum of $10.00.
Prepaid UPS Return e-Label: We can send you a prepaid UPS return label to your email inbox to return your items. The cost of the prepaid label is $7, or $15 if your returned item amount exceeds 7 items. The amount will be deducted from your refund. You also have the option of sending your items back on your own, but we do recommend that you insure the package and hold onto your tracking number. A restocking fee of $15 will be applied to all returns that exceed 8 items.
Holiday Returns: Items purchased December 5-24: Your original form of payment will be credited for returns mailed within 30 days of the received shipping date. After 30 days, all sales are final. Items that are discounted 20% or higher are considered final sale.
